WARWICK, R.I. -- ICOA, Inc. (OTC:ICOA) has signed a five-year global marketing agreement with FranTech Strategies International, Inc. to market its self-service public access Internet payphone kiosks offshore.
The move was in response to a growing number of inquiries from abroad, ICOA CEO George Strouthopoulos said. FranTech will work with ICOA to cultivate development partners, according to an ICOA news release. Strouthopoulos said the company will remain focused on expanding its U.S. activities. Details of the agreement were not released.
Based in Warwick, R.I., ICOA deploys and operates an automated network of self-service, public access, Internet kiosks through its wholly owned WebCenter Technologies subsidiary.
