LONDON - Kudos Development Group is now in with the IBM in crowd, having received certification from the technology company as a StoreProven solution for its computer products.
IBM's StoreProven program recognizes companies whose retail solutions have met rigorous compatibility standards set by the company. The certification means that Kudos's software operates efficiently on IBM in-store systems. Kudos will be linked online to IBM product pages and various IBM databases.
"Kudos delivers significant results for both customer experience and the profitable operation of kiosk networks," Marco Vergani, IBM Retail Store Solutions manager, said in a news release.
Formerly known as Degasoft Ltd., Kudos launched its new Kudos version 6.1 software package on Oct. 1.
