Hyosung partners with eGlobal to reimagine retail ATMs

Hyosung Americas, a provider of ATM and self-service kiosk solutions, has partnered with eGlobal to launch a pilot program for Hyosung Pay, a retail ATM solution, according to a press release.

The pilot, set to begin this month, will feature Hyosung's new Pivot ATM, a cash-recycling ATM designed to increase transaction revenue and improve cash handling efficiency. The ATMs will be deployed in select retail convenience stores and premier hotels in the western U.S.

"In today's changing financial markets, it is important that we provide transformational solutions for our retail partners," Hyosung Americas CPO Michael Graham said in the release. "Hyosung Americas is committed to providing our partners with more than just great products but with the technology they need to drive enhanced retail solutions."

The Hyosung Pay ATMs will offer a range of services, including cash-in transactions, bill payments, and money transfers. These features aim to attract more customers to retail locations and reduce cash handling costs for merchants.
