GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited has introduced digital initiatives at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, Telangana, India, according to a Deccan Chronicle report.

The launch includes 10 virtual information kiosks and interactive terminal maps on the airport's official website.

The kiosks provide real-time flight updates, 3D navigation, emergency support and Wi-Fi access for international travelers. They are powered by a centralized system to ensure consistent and up-to-date information. The interactive maps help travelers plan their journey with detailed insights into gates, retail zones and other amenities.

"At GHIAL, innovation is fundamental to how we operate and grow," Pradeep Panicker, CEO of GHIAL, told the news outlet. "As we advance on our journey to becoming a global aviation hub, the deployment of these intelligent kiosks and enhanced digital maps marks a significant step forward in our digital transformation agenda."
