Humetrics bought by electronic-recruiting firm

WESTWOOD, Mass. -- Deploy Solutions, provider of electronic recruiting, applicant tracking and talent optimization software, has acquired Humetrics, the pioneering provider of assessment tools and hiring automation solutions for employers of large hourly workforces.

The Humetrics acquisition enhances Deploy's ability to deliver innovative hourly hiring solutions such as on-location kiosks, Web-based candidate assessment tools, and telephone job hotlines using interactive voice response technology. These solutions aim to improve hire quality, reduce turnover and enhance corporate performance, according to a news release.
