Hughes cited a leader in managed SD-WAN services

Frost & Sullivan has recognized Hughes Network Systems, LLC as a leader in managed SD-WAN services for the third straight year.

The company has been cited in the "Frost Radar: North American Managed SD-WAN Services Market" report for its robust access portfolios, ability to delivery a variety of transport and vendor choices and its partnerships with top providers including VMWare and Fortinet, according to a press release.

The Hughes portfolio continues to trend in a positive direction, especially due to its growth in automation and co-management," Roopa Honnachari, vice president of research and program, Global Network Services & Edge, ICT, Frost & Sullivan, said in the release. "Leveraging AI and AIOps, HughesON Managed Services come with a self-healing feature that automatically remediates WAN edge and LAN devices, including firewalls, SD-WAN platforms, switches and APs from multiple vendors."
