Hotel kiosks make skies friendlier

USA Today: Hilton Chicago O'Hare recently began offering a service that allows its guests to check in for their flights using kiosks in the hotel lobby. The service expands to 34 other hotels in the next 10 days, according to Hilton Hotels. It would be one of the industry's most aggressive rollouts of the service, which is being tested at other companies.
