Fort Wayne (Indiana) Journal Gazette: Guests at the Hilton Fort Wayne at Grand Wayne Center can make a beeline for the hotel's Zip-In Check-In kiosk upon arrival. With the swipe of a credit card, the machine can create a room key or print an airline-boarding pass for travelers in a hurry.
The downtown hotel became the first Hilton in the state to install a check-in, general manager Rob Evans said. He expects other hotels in the area will adopt similar technology.
