High Tide boosts retail experience with Fastendr kiosks, Cabana Club loyalty

High Tide Inc. has seen continued growth of its retail operations, highlighted by the expansion of its Fastendr automated kiosks and the surging popularity of its Cabana Club loyalty program, according to a press release.

Fastendr technology, which allows customers to browse, order and pick up cannabis products through self-service kiosks, is becoming a cornerstone of High Tide's retail strategy. As the company expands its footprint, Fastendr will play an increasingly important role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.

Complementing the technological advancements is the continued success of the Cabana Club loyalty program. With over 1.5 million members, the program has seen significant growth, reflecting strong customer engagement and loyalty. By offering exclusive discounts and rewards, the Cabana Club drives repeat business and strengthens customer relationships.

"I am thrilled that our first-of-its-kind discount club model in cannabis has grown by more than 400% in just a few short years. This rapid surge in loyalty has resulted in our Canna Cabana store network generating more than 111% growth in same store sales since the launch of the discount club model," Raj Grover, chief founder and CEO of High Tide, said in the release.

"With our long-term goal of reaching at least 300 locations across Canada we believe our Cabana Club membership trajectory will keep growing to beyond 2 million members in the months and years to come."
