High Tide acquires 9 cannabis stores from Choom

High Tide Inc., a Calgary, Canada based retail cannabis company with bricks-and-mortar, e-commerce, kiosk and smart locker technology, has entered the British Columbia market by acquiring nine stores from Choom Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries for CAD $5.1 million ($3.93 million), according to a press release.

The acquired stores include two in British Columbia, six in Alberta and one in Ontario.

High Tide's portfolio also includes Fastendr retail kiosk and smart locker technology.
