Hawaiian Airlines recently dealt with a statewide check-in kiosk malfunction on March 28. Due to a software problem, the check-in kiosks were unavailable to travelers for about an hour, according to a reportby khon2.

The airline deployed laptops to help passengers check into their flights while the kiosks were unavailable. No flights were delayed, but some planes may have been held for passengers going on connecting flights.

So far, there have been no other problems with the check-in kiosks, according to the report.
