HappyOrNot, a provider of customer feedback solutions, has introduced its managed service package to provide businesses and organizations with real-time customer experience insights, according to a press release.
By removing the administrative commitment, the package allows organizations to incorporate detailed customer analytics into their processes to improve operations.
Positioned as an optional add-on for organizations looking to leverage HappyOrNot's software and range of smiley-faced feedback devices, the package allows user organizations to measure, to analyze and to educate.
The package handles the feedback collection process on behalf of the organization, including setting up real-time alerts designed to notify and point staff in the right direction when issues arise.
It also combines easy to visualize data with access to support from trained experts.
Organizations will also receive unlimited access to the HappyOrNot Academy, a self-learning platform dedicated to training, including tutorials and on-boarding sessions.
