HABEY USA, a manufacturer of embedded and industrial computer products, recently announced the launch of its new 15-inch touchscreen Intel Dual Core Atom panel PC.
The fanless silent design uses Habey's MITX-6932 motherboard that features up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, 1.86GHz clock rate on the Intel Atom Cedarview N2800/D2550 processor, 2 SATAII ports, 5 USB 2.0 ports, 6 COM serial ports, 2 Mini PCI-E and 8-Bit GPIO. Additionally, to further its function, it offers HDMI and VGA/DVI video output for additional external displays.
The touchscreen LCD Panel PC offers a host of features intended to make it well suited for many applications, the company said. A built-in SIM 4G slot is included for M2M applications, making updates and maintenance much simpler. Although the graphic controller is the integrated GMA3600/3650, it is still capable of supporting up to two displays, including the attached 15-inch touchscreen LCD. Due to the limitations of the enclosure, this panel PC can only take advantage of one of its SATAII ports, accepting HDD or SSD Drives. The attached display panelhas a max resolution of 1024 by 768 at 60Hz. Maximum resolution tops out at 2048 by 1536 at 60Hz with the VGA/DVI output. As with all Habey products, this product is open to OEM customization to better fit deployers' needs.
