Group plans kiosks for rural India

CNN: A new plan to distribute kiosks in 5,000 villages in the southern Indian state of Karnataka will focus on providing education, banking, healthcare and legal services to the underserved. The consortium working on the project includes India's second-largest bank ICICI, as well as International Finance Corp., an arm of the World Bank.
