CARLSBAD, Calif. - Greenland Corp.'s (OTCBB:GLCP) new self-service cash checking software has found a home in the desert. The company has reached an agreement to sell the software package to Mr Ship N' Chek, a Nevada-based financial services company with nine stores in Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico.
The package includes Greenland's Check Central Solutions software, a MAXcash Automated Banking Machine kiosk for each location, a PC-based point-of-sale teller package, and a two-year software maintenance agreement. The package is valued at about $56,000, according to a news release.
Mr Ship N' Chek was a Greeneland customer when Greeneland suspended its check processing operations in April following a dispute with software developer Seren Systems and a drop in revenue.
