March 26, 2002

PALATINE, Ill.- Dauphin Technology Inc. (OTC.BB:DNTK), a maker of hand-held tablet PCs and broadband communications products, just landed an order worth more than $1 million from the Automobile & Touring Club of Greece (ELPA). ELPA is ordering 100 OraLynx set top boxes (STBs) to be used in roadside kiosks countrywide.

An OraLynx set top box is about the size of a VCR and provides voice, data, streaming video and Internet services. The kiosks will provide ELPA members with roadside assistance and information.

In addition, ELPA is ordering 300 Orasis PC Tablets and accessories, and 100 Vehicle Stands from Dauphin.

The order with Dauphin is part of ELPA's plans to have wireless systems in place by the 2004 Olympics. George Dracakis, ELPA's general secretary, said that wireless systems will give the company's more than 150,000 members better access to information.

ELPA will use the Orasis Tablet PC in their roadside assistance vehicles. The tablet PC contains a Global Positioning System (GPS) that will be used by support vehicle staff to locate customers. It will also provide maps to staff and members.

Dauphin will ship the STBs within 60 days.
