Golden 1 Center installs Mashgin self-checkout kiosks

Sacramento's Golden 1 Center recently installed Mashgin kiosks to allow guests to buy products without having to scan barcodes, marking the technology's 100th sports venue, according to a Sports Business Journal report.

The median transaction time is 15 seconds and has already delivered 40% sales increases compared to the manual checkouit last season.

The kiosks have been set up as lanes, offering packaged drinks and snacks. Mashgin uses computer vision to let fans check out without scanning barcodes.
