Gold dispensing ATM debuts in India

Goldsikka Ltd., a Hyderabad, India-based gold retailer, has installed a gold dispensing ATM at the Ashoka Raghupathi Chambers office complex next to a metro station, according to an interviewtimes.net report.

The machine, which holds 5 kilograms of gold, offers gold in eight options from 0.5 grams to 100 grams.

The customer selects an option, then swipes their credit or debit card.

The company plans to launch machines in Warangal, Karimnagar and Hyderabad in addition to the airport.
