Genghis Grill today announced the limited launch of its new fresh casual menu in 10 select locations across the U.S., including Denver, Phoenix, Fort Worth, Texas, Birmingham, Ala., Augusta, Georgia, San Diego and Las Cruces, N.M.
In addition to its make-your-own-bowls, the new menu includes fried rice, street-style noodle bowls, Asian tacos, hand-tossed salads and several Grill Master Creations. The entrees are made with sauces inspired by Tandoori, Korean, Thai and Mongolian taste profiles as well as unique spice blends and the freshest ingredients Genghis Grill is known for, according to a company press release.
Guests in selected restaurants will also be able to order and pay at their table with a new electronic ordering system called Presto. The small touchscreen tablets allow diners to select exactly how they want their entrée prepared, look up nutritional facts, engage with the brand on social media and pay, all from the comfort of their table.
"At Genghis Grill, we're constantly looking for ways to enhance our guests' dining experience, whether that involves expanding menu options or finding innovative ways to improve our service," said Ron Parikh, chief marketing officer for Genghis Grill. "We believe our new Fresh Casual menu will be well received by our loyal customers while attracting new fans to our brand. And everyone will appreciate the convenience offered by the new Presto technology."
