Razer Inc., a gaming hardware manufacturer with dual headquarters in Singapore and Irvine, California, will dispense face masks throughout Singapore in vending machines to help people comply with a requirement to wear them in public, according to a Reuters report.
The company plans to deploy 20 machines at JustCo co-working centers and Frasers Property’s malls by June 1.
The company plans to provide 5 million masks for residents 16 years and older for free, after which the masks will be available for purchase. The masks will be available through the company’s app, Razer Pay.
Razer has shipped masks to Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines and the U.S., according to its website.
