Fullerton parking garage offers book vending machine

Commuters will be able to check out books from a vending machine at the SOCO West Parking Structure across Harbor Boulevard from the Fullerton (California) train station on Santa Fe Avenue, according to an Orange County Register report.

The machine is provided by the Fullerton Public Library and features about 500 hard cover and paperback books stocked by the library. Books can also be returned at the machine.

Users can check out books using their library card.

The machine has been paid for by a $35,000 federal grant.
