February 1, 2019

The Port Authority, which provides public transportation throughout Pittsburgh and Allegheny County in Pennsylvania, reported that most of its outdoor ConnectCard kiosks malfunctioned Thursday due to the frigid temperatures. The authority is allowing commuters to ride for free until the kiosks are functioning again.
