Free, live Web event to address Web self-service

SEATTLE -- Primus Knowledge Solutions will hold tomorrow, Dec. 3., a free live Web seminar featuring its customer, Eastman Kodak Co., and titled "Web Self-Service: Today and Tomorrow."
