Flynn Group deploys Ziosk tech at over 460 Applebee's locations

Ziosk, a hospitality SaaS platform, has partnered with Flynn Group, a restaurant franchise operator, to implement its technology in more than 460 Applebee's restaurants nationwide.

The deployment includes Ziosk's zMini tablets with DigiSite Smart Table technology, aiming to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience through features like self-ordering and pay-at-the-table, according to a press release.

"Ziosk's technology seamlessly complements the handheld tablets we currently have in place, creating a comprehensive digital hospitality experience in our restaurants," Dan Krebsbach, president of Flynn Applebee's, said in the release.

The integration of DigiSite Smart Table technology equips over 20,000 tables, enabling flexible tablet allocation based on traffic patterns. The zMini tablets also facilitate guest engagement through secure payment processing, entertainment options and self-ordering capabilities.
