Boston's Logan Airport next month could begin testing a "tag your own bag" program where flyers use a kiosk to print their own baggage routing tags along with their boarding passes, according to Bostonherald.com. Air Canada and American Airlines are participating in the program designed to meet U.S. Transportation Security Administration requirements.
Procedures are still being nailed down but passengers that tag their own bags may still have to check in with a ticket-counter agent instead of just dropping the luggage off at a designated location.
