Flowhub introduces marketing suite to boost cannabis dispensary loyalty, revenue

Cannabis retail platform Flowhub has launched a marketing suite that integrates directly with its point-of-sale system, giving dispensaries tools to improve customer retention and drive revenue growth, according to a press release.

The suite includes features such as loyalty passes for Apple and Google Wallet, personalized email campaigns, push notifications and real-time audience segmentation powered by first-party POS data. Flowhub officials said the platform allows retailers to manage campaigns and measure results without relying on third-party tools.

"At Flowhub, we're building tools that go beyond compliant transactions to truly power dispensary growth," Kyle Sherman, founder and CEO of Flowhub, said in the release. "Our new suite of marketing tools makes it easy for retailers to build stronger customer relationships and increase revenue from one central system they already trust."

Flowhub cited company data showing loyalty program members spend 3.5 times more annually than non-members, underscoring the importance of retention strategies in a tightening cannabis market.

The offering expands Flowhub's role as a full-service "Dispensary Growth Hub," combining compliance, point of sale, ecommerce, payments and marketing into a single system. The company powers more than 1,000 dispensaries nationwide and processes over $3 billion in cannabis sales annually.
