Residents of Volusia County, Florida will be able to pay utility bills at two kiosks, according to a Daytona Times report. The county council agreed to pay for the CityBase kiosks that allow residents to pay utility bills using cash, checks and credit cards.
The $161,412 purchase includes a three-year software subscription and three years' worth of maintenance.
The county is using federal coronavirus relief funding to cover the purchase since the kiosks will reduce the number of people congregating in public spaces.
