Florida county allows residents to get vehicle registrations at self-serve kiosk

Residents of Pinellas County, Florida will be able to pay for vehicle registrations and decals at self-service kiosks, according to a Largo Patch report.

The kiosk allows customers to pay by credit card and get their registration and decal in less than two minutes.

The kiosks are located in tax collector offices and certain Publix locations throughout the county. There is a 2.3% credit or debit card transaction fee.

The option provided through a partnership between Intellectual Technology Inc. and the tax collector's office.

Voice prompts and written instructions in English or Spanish direct users through the process.
