Filipino government deploys RFID-enabled credit-app kiosks

The Philippine Star: State-run pension fund Government Service and Insurance System is spending more than P70 million ($1.4 million U.S.) to install wireless kiosks allowing users to apply for loans using contactless cards to identify themselves.
