Feds contract with MontegoNet to provide interactive kiosk solutions

PORTSMOUTH, RI--MontegoNet has snagged a contract with Uncle Sam.

The full-service, interactive kiosk solutions provider has been awarded a federal supply schedule contract for kiosk-related services by the General Services Administration.

The contract enables government agencies to purchase from MontegoNet with simpler procurement procedures, reduced lead times and lower administrative costs, according to a press release.

MontegoNet's services to GSA will include the design of e-commerce kiosk applications, interactive building directories, license/permit renewal systems, and informational and educational kiosk applications.

"The federal government is increasingly utilizing interactive kiosk applications to deliver products and services to the public," said Thomas Smith, MontegoNet president. Our new GSA contract allows government agencies to leverage the kiosk expertise that we have developed over the past eight years."

Other government clients include the District of Columbia, the state of Illinois and the U.S. Air Force.
