Fastenal promotes Noelle Oas EVP/HR

Fastenal Co., a provider in the wholesale distribution of industrial and construction supplies and industrial vending services, has promoted Noelle Oas, JD, from director of compliance to executive vice president of human resources, according to a press release.

Oas is succeeding Reyne Wisecup, who recently retired after 34 years with the company.
