Fast casual salad restaurant integrates POS solution

Fast casual restaurant Giardino Gourmet Salads has integrated a point-of-sale software solution from ParTech Inc. The PAR Brink POS allows the restaurant to manage menus, online ordering and loyalty programs.

With the system, Giardino can push out menu changes to all locations. It will also be able to examine labor and sales data based on the location. In addition, Giardino has integrated ParTech’s Punchh mobile loyalty platform, which allows the restaurant to offer rewards to customers who download one of the Punchh loyalty apps, according to the release.
