'Fallout 3' debuts at PAX show kiosk

Wired: Rockville, Md.-based Bethesda Softworks, an interactive-entertainment-media division of Zenimax Media, is offering Seattle's Penny Arcade Expo attendees a chance to play Fallout 3 this weekend at six kiosks. The much-anticipated game will be officially released Oct. 28.
