Parent company of DSE files for Chapter 7

Exponation LLC, the producer of Digital Signage Expo, has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy due to COVID-19's impact on the live events industry, according to an announcement.

It will liquidate all its assets and close permanently. Creditors of Exponation will be notified of the bankruptcy via U.S. Mail.

"Exponation LLC is simply the latest live event company to fall victim to COVID-19," Geri Wolff, owner, Market Works International, said in a phone call.
