Even with e-voting, recounts are reality

Times: BRANDON - The infamous paper ballot chads that made life miserable for Florida voting officials during the 2000 presidential elections will be nothing but a bitter memory in this year's election. The state's election laws and machinery have changed; now, about half of the state's ballots will be cast electronically.
