EV charging tech providers mull partnership

Noodoe Inc., a provider of EV charging solutions, has entered into negotiations with Electros Inc., a provider of electric mobility solutions, regarding a joint venture to improve EV installation, management and deployment, according to a press release.

Noodoe furnishes fleet operators, site hosts, solution providers and charging network providers with EV hardware and software technology through EV charging stations.

The Noodoe EV operating system automates 24/7 charging service delivery, automatic peak-hour price adjustment, automatic transaction billing, automatic payment processing, automatic bank transfer, automatic infrastructure diagnostics and intelligent energy management.
