SANTA BARBARA, Calif.-- Esprida Corporation, the industry leader in remote device management, announced the release of Esprida Enterprise 6.2. This version of the software introduces several new features that tighten security, simplify kiosk management and drive service costs even lower.
The new capabilities enable kiosk deployers to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs.
"As part of our commitment to continually advance this technology, we've incorporated additional value-driven capabilities in this release. Now that it's commercially available, businesses managing kiosk deployments will benefit greatly" says Anila Jobanputra, President of Esprida Corporation.
Esprida Enterprise 6.2 includes advanced administrative tools for transferring large amounts of data efficiently and more options for secure communications. Enhanced usability functions speed navigation through kiosk inventory and provide a more comprehensive system of alerts and notifications. Added to that are expanded out of the box business intelligence capabilities to track operation performance indicators.
"Businesses that deliver self-service are always trying to improve the quality of their products and services. This new version of our enterprise software helps make that effort a reality" says Jobanputra.
