Entrepreneur launches pet supply vending business in South Carolina

Pet owners in Charleston, South Carolina, can buy pet supplies from vending machines at Tanger Outlets in Charleston, according to a report in The Warren Record.

Betty Crump, a Washington, D.C. resident who works in the healthcare field, has established a pet supply vending business.

Crump got the idea for the business after noticing people with pets at malls and outlets.

The machines offer 27 items, including dog collars, catballs, de-wormers, shampoo, nail clippers, bandanas, sunglasses and other merchandise.

The machines have a credit card reader and a money dispenser.
