Employees acquire ITC Systems

Chris Michele and Andrew White, management employees of ITC Systems, a provider of campus commerce software, print management software and related hardware, have acquired the company from Cam Richardson, according to a press release. The purchase price was not disclosed.

"I am so pleased to welcome Chris Michele and Andrew White as the new owners of ITC Systems, they are currently key players in the day-to-day operations of the company," Richardson said in the press release. "I see the entire organization benefitting from their knowledge and experience both within the company and our industry. Both have the same standard of excellence in team building, customer facing support and vendor relations, thereby making this a great transition."

Michele is president while White is cloud services director of the company.

In its 32 years, ITC Systems has served the education sector, public library sector and copy/print resellers.
