Emirates introduces self-check-in kiosks at Dubai airport

Travelers at Dubai International Airport can now use self check-in and bag drop kiosks at Terminal 3, according to a menafn.com report. The service is available to passengers travelling to all destinations except to the U.S., China, India, Hong Kong and Canada, on account of requirements from these destinations.

The eight self-serve kiosks and 16 self-serve bag drop machines complement the desks manned by agents.

Passengers can check in, receive boarding pass, select seats and drop off their bags. Staff will be on hand for assistance required. The facilities are disinfected regularly and hand sanitizers are available.

More self-services facilities will be added in the coming months.
