News Interactive: MyPostie is testing a touchscreen kiosk that helps older Australians communicate with young people through e-mail. Many residents at the Victorian retirement village preferred to hand-write letters, and were reluctant to use technology to communicate. MyPostie allows users to write a letter and scan it at a purpose-built kiosk, and the letter is then delivered as web mail.
