Elo TouchSystems names Mendenhall president

FREMONT, Calif. -- Touchscreen manufacturer Elo TouchSystems Inc. recently appointed former Tyco Electronics/Raychem executive Mark Mendenhall president. Tyco is Elo's parent company.

Mendenhall brings 21 years experience with Tyco/Raychem to Elo. Most recently, he was director of business management at Raychem Circuit Protection. During his time with Tyco and Raychem, he has worked in marketing, sales, product management, engineering, corporate strategy, and technology development.

Mendenhall has a physics degree from the University of California.
