Elite Technologies still checking out Worldtouch

ATLANTA - Elite Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ETCH) has extended the letter of intent with Worldtouch LLC until June 30, 2001 to complete its due diligence and negotiations.

Worldtouch LLC signed a letter of intent on May 9, 2001 to vie Elite 100 percent of the company. Worldtouch provides international telecommunication long distance service, including voice over IP.

Elite Technologies provides hardware wholesale and retail distribution of computer parts and systems and markets Internet pay-by-the-minute kiosks in the U.S. and other countries.
