EBUX Inc. two-year business plan includes kiosk deployment

April 21, 2002

ZURICH, Switzerland - EBUX Inc. (OTCBB:EBXX) has entered into a two-year program to acquire five revenue-generating business units. The deployment of Internet kiosks figures prominently in the plan.

The five businesses targeted in the plan include an Internet service provider, an Internet access provider, two e-businesses that fit EBUX's business model and Internet cafes.

After acquiring an ISP, EBUX will provide Internet access through kiosks placed in hotels, airports and railway stations throughout Europe, Eastern Europe and the U.K. The company will target 20,000 to 25,000 of the 500,000 locations available for kiosk installments. Early projections show a conservative revenue stream of $10 per day per unit.

Building or acquiring Internet cafes in the same geographical region where the kiosks will be deployed will create an additional revenue stream through the sale of food and beverages, EBUX predicts.

In the final stage of the plan, the company will wrap an ISP around the entire operation to generate advertising and subscription revenues.
