Easy Ice acquires Arctic Glacier's leasing division

Easy Ice, a national provider of full-service ice machine services, has acquired Icesurance, the leasing division of Arctic Glacier, a Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania based manufacturer of packaged ice products and services, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Easy Ice, co-headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and Marquette,Michigna, has expanded through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions of ice machine leasing companies.

Easy Ice has increased its number of ice machines under management to nearly 30,000 units across 47 states.
