E-library kiosks launched in Philippines

The Philippines government has launched several electronic library, or e-lib, kiosks that connect Philippines libararies to other libraries both in the Philippines and around the world, according to the Bohol (Philippines) Standard.

The e-lib kiosks are intended to help students in their researches and provide references on rare materials, databases, e-journals and e-books, the paper says.
