Aiming to make Dubai the happiest place on earth, the Dubai government has installed happiness kiosks in several malls to measure residents' satisfaction with civic services, according to areport by Khaleej Times.

Residents who visit the kiosks can record their suggestions, complaints or praise for Dubai civic services. Two employees will help people use the kiosks and show them how to contact the municipal call center.

In addition to the kiosks, residents can also visit the Happy Dubai website to post selfies and express happiness. This is part of a larger initiative by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to make Dubai the happiest place on earth.
