Drug vending machines come to Cambridge Memorial Hospital emergency ward

The (Kitchener, Ontario) Record: Cambridge Memorial Hospital is adding drug vending machines to its emergency ward. The PharmaTrust machines will offer a video conference with an off-site pharmacist. They also help solve the problem of patients discharged from emergency after midnight. The drug dispensers will only dole out pills to start. Later, liquid medicines will be filled. No narcotics will be available.
