Digital Domain, a visual effects company, and Plaza Premium Group, a hospitality leader, have joined forces to introduce AI-powered virtual assistants at airport kiosks, according to a press release. This collaboration aims to redefine hospitality experiences for travelers.

A press conference at Taoyuan International Airport showcased a virtual concierge modeled after the singer Teresa Teng. The kiosk offered travelers real-time services like explaining lounge offerings, navigating routes and answering airport vicinity inquiries.

Founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group, Song Hoi See, serves as a valuable resource in the partnership.

"Mr. Song Hoi See's expertise will be key in identifying and executing upon industry leading opportunities with our technologies, but equally if not more importantly, Mr. Song's values and passion are what I believe will be the foundation of this successful partnership and the success of this venture," Daniel Seah, CEO of Digital Domain, said in the release, highlighting the importance of both technological expertise and a shared vision.

This initiative is expected to not only enhance the customer experience but also elevate Taoyuan International Airport's global ranking through innovative AI solutions. The collaboration plans to expand this technology across various hospitality sectors including hotels and travel agencies.
