Diebold Nixdorf names Microsoft’s William Borden to board

William Borden

Diebold Nixdorf Inc. has named William Borden, corporate vice president of worldwide financial services for Microsoft Corp., to its board of directors, according to a press release.

For more than 20 years during his career, Borden has held various senior leadership positions at some of the largest banking institutions in the U.S., including Bank of America and Citigroup.
